Best - Run because of my Footy background and I use to do xcountry
running at School. Worst - Swimming because I never liked the
pool much as a youngster. Love openwater swimming now! |

Doing
only one lap of a two lap cycling leg in a triathlon. Karina
thought it was very funny. I thought I'd smahed the course record!! |
